Here are your tasks:
  1. Reading: Find clues here as to what Her Majesty the Queen does for exercise. Discuss your answer with a partner.
I discussed about the Elisabeth Queen's exercises with my classmate Ani. 
She likes riding horse wearing her headscarf rather than riding hat and she likes long walking with her dog.
  1. Vocabulary: Walking or Running as Exercise
    1. Learn 5 words or expressions for meaning and pronunciation.

psyched: to be very excited
The dog was so psyched when it got the bone.

blister:bubble
If you wore a suitable shoes, you couldn't get blisters. 

shin:low part of leg
splintsa strip of rigid material used for supporting and immobilizing a broken bone when it has been set.
He is injured with the shin splints on his right side. 
    1. Make sentences with them, have a partner check your reading of those sentences.
    1. Record them on Audioboom.com, and check at least 5 other classmates' recordings.
  1. Role play: Childhood Fitness
    1. Practise aloud by yourself, and find 5 words that are most commonly mispronounced (e.g. "Ob City" or "opposite," instead of "obesity.")

    1. Practise with a partner, focusing on correct pronunciation of those 5 words.
    2. Record with your partner on Audioboom.com those 5 words, followed by the whole dialogue.
  1. Write a list of 10 Dos and Don'ts on exercise and fitness for your family. For example:
    • Wear good tennis shoes to avoid getting blisters.
    • Don't do high-impact workouts to avoid getting shin splints.

Dos:

1.Before you begin to do exercise with their equipment the  you should activize your joints2. When you are running in the machine, you should wear running shoes.3.You should make a plan for your routine exercise.4. You should wear the loose sport suits when you are playing badminton.5.You should wear sports suit to make your flexible.6.Moderate exercise is safety for your body.7.Workout everyday.8. Eating more healthy food to get more energy.

9. If possible, find a partner.

10. You can find a professorial instructor to help you.

Don'ts: 

1. Don't leave your children alone when they do the exercises.
2. You couldn't take excessive exercises. 

3. Don't do the exercises while you eat your lunch within half an hour.4. Don't  keep on doing exercises if you are injured5 . Don't frolic with others.
6. Don't challenge your body's the limit.7. Don't do high-impact workouts to avoid getting shin splints.
8. Don't forget to wear your protect equipment if need.

9. Don't do the exercises which your body couldn't afford it.

10. Don't give up your exercise plan.
